BMSH SERIES SINGLE ACTING, HOLLOW PISTON CYLINDER

The BMSH-series is a spring return hollow piston rod cylinder. The hollow piston allows for a rod or cable to be inserted through the entire body length. They can be used in tensioning, load testing and bush extracting and maintenance applications. All RHS-Series cylinders feature a hard chrome cylinder bore and piston rod for maximum corrosion resistance and a bronze overlay piston bearing area to reduce scoring and increase service life. All cylinders incorporate a bolt on removable steel base plate for extra protection.

    • 1. Hardened and chromed piston reduces wear and corrosion
    • 2. High strength alloy steel body is precision machined to reduce wear and features a baked enamel finish for durability and corrosion protection
    • 3. Industrial U-cup style seal prevents costly leaks
    • 4. Standard coupler provided with dust cover
    • 5. Hardened alloy steel guide ring elimates over travel and provides support to reduce wear from off center loads
    • 6. Heavy-duty wiper ring keeps dust and debris out of the cylinder body, improving perfomance and service life of the cylinder
    • 7. Heavy-duty, straight pull return springs provide quick retraction times
